Async & Metadata

Bold is now using async functions. There are many threads now. I have the main, background, IO (I may increase it later), and a few worker threads. The graphics library (or the driver it uses) has a handful of threads as well. Outside of that, I wrote more code for scanning a file for metadata; specifically, the part for matching parentheses. I also did a bit of cleanup, getting rid of warnings and old code.
